Ukraine’s Borders Open: Ukrainian Surrogacy Restarts After Covid
After months of closed borders due to the Coronavirus, Ukraine is opening its borders to foreign guests starting Saturday, June 13, 2020.
Ukraine quarantined several weeks earlier than most countries and this has definitely helped. This included the closure of the metro and all intercity transportation. Similarly, fines and stiff regulations helped minimize the spread of the virus.
The very best surrogacy clinics, the ones we at Delivering Dreams, verify and screen, abide by top international standards and regulations. They stopped IVF and fertility treatments including surrogacy in early March. Surrogacy clinics have now started with extreme new procedures and protocols in place to protect surrogates, donors, intended parents and staff from infection. They have invested in all the protective measures and gear necessary and have no shortages.
Since Delivering Dreams caps the price of all normal treatment, any additional costs of these measures are paid by us, so intended parents never need to worry about such hidden costs of Ukrainian surrogacy. The average cost of surrogacy in Ukraine is 1/3 to 1/4th of that in the US.
We are excited to start our first surrogate stimulation this weekend.
Now that the Ukrainian borders are open, we plan on shipping biological material for future parents around the world to start their surrogacy journey!
