CONCLUDE OUR SERVICES AGREEMENT
The first payment is $5000 or €4500.We help you put together all your legal, medical and shipping (if needed) documentation. We draft all the necessary documents and provide easy instructions and contacts. Some countries require documentation up front or during the surrogacy process. We make sure that is done when it is needed in the correct way.If we can’t get your documents in order and get you accepted into a Ukrainian surrogacy program, we immediately refund your first payment in full.
2
The next steps can happen in different order depending on if you are shipping embryos, using a donor, or using your own biological material.
We oversee the entire shipping process if necessary.
-
DONOR SELECTION
We work with your criteria and timeline to present excellent donors. Our donors are completely tested at the most thorough level of any in Ukraine. While donors are anonymous in Ukraine, you will receive photos, height, weight, level of education, and medical history. Many are repeat donors and we can share their past success.
3 -
SURROGATE SELECTION
We select surrogates based on your requests, your blood type, your country’s requirements, and the level of contact you would like to have with them. This is totally up to you! We encourage and facilitate close contact with your surrogate so that you can be a part of your child’s first 9 months. You can ask us as many questions as you would like about your surrogate and meet her virtually or in person before starting.
4 -
IVF+ICSI+PGD 24
Our amazing embryologists create and lovingly nurture your embryos to 5 or 6 day blastocysts. We and all our doctors strongly suggest you conduct preimplantation genetic testing on all embryos. This will identify genetic abnormalities and diseases. This will improve your chance of pregnancy significantly. The remaining embryos are frozen. It takes about 3 weeks to get the results.
5 -
TRANSFER/IMPLANTATION DAY
Your surrogate will start endometrium stimulation so that she will be prepared for transfer shortly after your PGD results are completed. Our doctors follow the current international best standards and recommend frozen embryo transfers over fresh transfers.
6 -
PREGNANCY
The pregnancy blood test is taken 10 days after the transfer. If can feel like forever! You can receive the results that day or the day after.During pregnancy your surrogate is monitored constantly, visiting the clinic at least twice a month. Her personal coordinator as well as a member of our team visits once a month to verify that everything is well both with her and her living environment. At month 5 she moves to closer to our clinics in Kyiv or Lviv for constant monitoring. The apartments are very comfortable, and they are encouraged to bring their children with them and have their friends and loved ones come to stay. We facilitate whatever level of relationship and contact you would like to have with your surrogate throughout the pregnancy. You receive reports on tests and doctors’ visits throughout the pregnancy. You can come to see the ultrasound or watch remotely. We test for drugs, alcohol and smoking as often as you request.
7 -
DELIVERY
For donor or programs with shipped embryos or biological material, you only have to visit Ukraine once for delivery. If you plan on providing your own eggs for IVF, you have several choices that include travel to Ukraine for different periods. With your surrogate under constant monitoring, we let you know when you should be on your way. You are welcome to be at the birth unless there is a quarantine or complications. Your child stays in the maternity hospital for 3-5 days. In most packages you will have a private room at the maternity hospital so that you can stay with your child 24/7.
8 -
GOING HOME
We prepare the Ukrainian documents necessary for your child’s birth certificate. This document has your names as parents and no mention of a surrogate or donor. Each country requires a different documentation process as well as other steps to get passports and/or exit documentation. That cost differs by country and is included in some programs.

Surrogacy in Ukraine is a commercial process where a woman, known as a surrogate, agrees to carry and give birth to a baby for another person or couple, who will become the child's parents after birth. This practice is legal, regulated, and increasingly popular in Ukraine, especially among foreign couples seeking the best and most affordable surrogacy services.
At Delivering Dreams, we understand that becoming a mother or starting a family can be a complex journey. We offer comprehensive services that cover every aspect of the surrogacy process, from legal support to medical coordination.
The Legal Framework for Surrogacy in Ukraine
In Ukraine, surrogacy is fully legal and regulated by several laws and regulations. Unlike many European countries where surrogacy is banned or restricted, Ukraine provides a favorable legal environment for intended parents, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. This legal framework is one of the reasons why Ukraine is a popular destination for surrogacy. The laws clearly define the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved, providing a secure environment for both the intended parents and the surrogate.

At Delivering Dreams, we play a crucial role in ensuring the surrogacy process is secure and successful. We guide intended parents through the complex legal and medical processes, providing support and assistance every step of the way. We also ensure that all legal requirements are met, and all agreements are in compliance with Ukrainian laws. Our goal is to make the surrogacy journey as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.
How Much Does Surrogacy in Ukraine Cost?
The cost of surrogacy in Ukraine is significantly lower than in countries like the USA, making it an attractive option for many. Costs can vary depending on various factors, including the agency chosen, the surrogate's compensation, and the medical procedures required. For a detailed breakdown of costs, you can visit our cost page. It's important to note that while surrogacy in Ukraine is more affordable, it does not compromise on the quality of care and services provided.
