HOW WE SELECT OUR EGG DONORS
Delivering Dreams maintains one of the most selective egg donor programs in Ukraine. We reject more than 70% of applicants at the application stage alone — before a single medical test is ordered. The women who advance are healthy, motivated, and committed to helping families who cannot build their families on their own.
We compensate our donors well relative to other programs in Ukraine. This reflects our belief that a meaningful act deserves meaningful recognition — and it helps us attract candidates who are serious and healthy.
Every donor must meet the standards set by Ukraine's Ministry of Health for egg donation, plus our own additional criteria. Many agencies in Ukraine present donors to intended parents and begin medical testing only after a match is confirmed. At Delivering Dreams, we complete all testing before a donor is ever offered to you. This protects your time and reduces the risk of delays or disappointment mid-process. Egg donors must meet all of the following criteria:
- Have at least one healthy child of their own
- Be between 20 and 32 years old
- Have no criminal record
- Have no family history of hereditary illness or disorder
- Not smoke, drink, or use drugs
- Have no occupational exposure to chemicals or environmental hazards
Donors are accepted into our program only after passing a comprehensive medical evaluation that includes:
- Full blood panel and urinalysis
- Toxoplasmosis and rubella
- HIV and AIDS
- Hepatitis B and C
- Syphilis
- PAP smear and cytological test
- Ovarian ultrasound
- AMH, LH, and Estradiol hormone levels
- Psychological evaluation and karyotype
- Cystic fibrosis and Fragile X screening
- Biochemical blood analysis
- Chlamydia and RH factor
Egg donation in Ukraine is anonymous by law. Within that framework, we share as much information as legally permitted: photographs, physical characteristics (hair and eye color, height and weight), and education level.
