Questions Answered Live

Things we'll cover in Q&A

These are the questions Susan and guest parents hear most from international couples — and they'll answer them candidly, live.

Yes. Real intended parents who completed the process and now have children will join the webinar live. They will be there specifically to answer candid questions about what the experience was actually like, beyond agency explanations and program details.
A tested, guided exit route covers every step: document preparation at the maternity hospital, registration with the US or EU embassy, apostille of the birth certificate, and a safe border crossing into Poland — with Delivering Dreams coordinating each stage. US couples are issued a CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) and passport for their child before departure. Most families cross within two to four weeks of birth.
This is exactly why programs are structured in tiers. The Success tier defers payment on a second transfer until a heartbeat is detected — so you don't pay again until there is confirmed progress. The Unlimited tier covers all transfers from a single IVF cycle with no additional fees, regardless of how many embryos are needed. If an entire fresh cycle is required, that is addressed in your program agreement.
Success (from $69,700 for FET) defers 2nd transfer payments until a fetal heartbeat is confirmed — it protects you financially at a critical milestone. Unlimited (from $83,700 for FET) covers all transfers from a single IVF cycle with no additional charges, and additionally guarantees an experienced, highly educated, single surrogate. It's the highest level of both medical and financial protection in one package.

Under Ukrainian law, surrogacy is a legal affordable option for traditionally married couples to have children using their own embryos, or with either an egg or sperm donor. There must be a medical reason you can’t carry a child. You are also able to participate if you have had 4 unsuccessful IVF attempts.
